The primary objectives of the Company are:
- Conduct a first-pass drilling program, starting in September 2010 to drill-out anomalies identified by litho-dynamic and structure-metric analysis and radon/radiometric testing.
- Based on results of first-pass drilling, initiate and complete by the end of April 2011 a major drilling campaign to identify and delineate a significant uranium resource on SLM’s Western properties.
- Through in-country expertise and market intelligence, continue assessing opportunities to expand presence in the Republic of Niger through new licensing, joint-venture and acquisition opportunities.
- Continue assessing other opportunities to provide a pipeline of exploration projects throughout West Africa with focus on such countries as Cameroon, Chad and Senegal.
